We know it is going to be a good day when we capture the bride and groom as they get ready for their wedding day. We get the privilege to photograph the very first moments of how they feel, every smile,  and every silly face that is made. It is like watching the finishing touches to a cake.

We can only imagine the different emotions that they may feel. Whether it is excitement, anxiousness, happiness, or tears of joy, we are there to capture these precious moments. 

Since the wedding ceremony did not start until 3 o'clock, we had some time for the bride and groom to have their first look and take some fun photos with the wedding party. The first look is definitely one of the most beautiful moments on  the wedding day, and it is one of our favorite moments to  photograph. It is filled with the most purest emotions. The wedding was held at Herrington on the Bay, a magnificent location that sits on the waterfront overlooking the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. It is a nice quiet area away from the city, which makes it a nice tranquil escape. We might have to consider having a personal vacation there during summer. 

The guests sat patiently for the ceremony to began and for the bride to come make her appearance.  As the guests waited, it started to drizzle and there was this slight mist that filled the air. As the groom walked down the isle, most of the guests were hiding under umbrellas. As the bride appeared, the guests glanced over to the isle as she walked graciously down the isle.  With every step that she took, she had  a smile from ear to ear that never left her face. She was excited, happy, and nervous all at the same time. 

As the evening wrapped up, we end the night with the bride and the groom in each other's arms.
